Once we confirm your order and payment has been received, your order will be shipped within 24 hours.

Orders placed Friday evening will not be seen until Monday morning.

Our courier only delivers Monday to Friday. Any orders which are shipped out on Friday will not be delivered until the following Monday.

https://www.anpost.com/Our courier of choice is An Post and as such, you are responsible for being home, or making an arrangement with your local postman or neighbor to ensure the parcel arrives.

At the moment, we offer click and collect from our Rock Street Store in Tralee - but if you wish to phone your local store the team will advise if you if it is in stock and if it can be held for you.

If you need something specific, please feel free to ring any of our stores and they will do their best to check availability.

Not happy with your order? That happens from time-to-time.

We accept returns based on the following conditions:

1. If the item is unopened
2. If the item has NOT been used
3. If the item is returned in its original packaging!
4. If the item is returned to our Rock Street shop within 14 days by post or in-person.
5. We DO NOT pay for the postage should you wish to return an item.
