A weekend to remember, the 4th annual Horan's Health & Wellness EXPO took place at The Rose Hotel Tralee on Saturday & Sunday from 10am until 5pm both days. With over 50 health & Lifestyle exhibitors from All around Ireland and abroad providing product knowledge and samples, along with an array of complimentary testing such as iron testing and holistic services including reflexology, aromatherapy, massage and much more it was the perfect event for anyone with an interest in natural health & wellness.
On Saturday, 28th, renowned nutritionist Patrick Holford discussed in his first talk “How to upgrade your Brain, based on the latest cutting-edge research” and his second talk Patrick explained "How to gain energy and help control weight by simple changes to your diet and supplements." Patrick didn't want to miss the expo and flew in and out the same day due to his busy schedule. He heads off to China this week.
On Sunday 29th, Dr Marilyn Glenville discussed “Fat around the Middle, How to lose that Bulge for Good” and “Balancing your Hormones” Dr. Marilyn was present on both days which everyone was delighted with. Attendees were able to chat with her before and after her talks where she offered advice and answered their questions.
The Radio Kerry Outdoor Broadcast unit attended on both days, where numerous exhibitor interviews were broadcasted live.

Sandra Breen, CEO of Horan's Healthstore Group thanked everyone that attended the expo from near & far, all the exhibitors for joining them and taking time out of their busy schedules, the Horan's Healthstore team for their hard work over the weekend and The Rose Hotel for providing a superb venue.
Plans are already in place for next year's health & wellness expo. It is certain to be another exciting event that is not to be missed.
Due to the tremendous success of the event Sandra Breen said they are looking to roll it out in different locations around the country where they have health stores.
The next event on the calendar for Horan's Healthstores is the official openings of their two newest stores in Dingle and Cobh.
