Join us for our annual Health & Wellness Expo taking place this September 28th(Saturday)& 29th(Sunday) at The Rose Hotel Tralee from 10am until 5pm each day! 

Tickets are €10 each but can be used for entry on both days to the EXPO.

Discover over 50 Health & Lifestyle brands providing product knowledge and samples, along with an array of complimentary testing such as iron testing and holistic services including reflexology, aromatherapy and much much more. 

Please bring a copy/image of your online receipt to the venue that weekend this must be shown to exchange for your tickets. 

There will be key health talks on both days:

On Saturday, 28th, we have renowned nutritionist Patrick Holford who will discuss in his first talk “How to upgrade your Brain, based on the latest cutting-edge research” and his second talk Patrick will explain "How to gain energy and help control weight by simple changes to your diet and supplements."

On Sunday 29th, we have Dr Marilyn Glenville discussing “Fat around the Middle, How to lose that Bulge for Good” and “Balancing your Hormones” Please note all talks need to be pre booked in your local Horan’s Healthstore due to limited availability.
