Join us for our annual Health & Wellness Expo taking place this October 18th(Saturday)& 19th(Sunday) at The Rose Hotel Tralee from 10am until 5pm each day! 

Tickets are €10 each but can be used for entry on both days to the EXPO.

Discover over 50 Health & Lifestyle brands providing product knowledge and samples, along with an array of complimentary testing such as iron testing and holistic services including reflexology, aromatherapy and much much more. 

Please bring a copy/image of your online receipt to the venue that weekend this must be shown in exchange for your tickets. 

There will be key health talks on both days:

On Saturday, 18th, we have renowned nutritionist Patrick Holford who will discuss 1. ‘Alzheimer’s Prevention: How to dementia proof your diet and lifestyle’ and 2. ‘Say No to Cancer’ 

( 2 x Talks -  Talk 1. at 12pm and Talk 2. at 2.30pm) 

On Sunday 19th, we have Dr Marilyn Glenville discussing - 1. How to Improve your sleep and overcome stress & anxiety and 2. Natural solutions to menopause & Osteoporosis.

( 2 x Talks -  Talk 1. at 12pm and Talk 2. at 2.30pm) 

David Foley  - Irish Botanica  10am  - Sunday 19th -  On Mushrooms 

Please note all talks need to be pre booked in your local Horan’s Healthstore due to limited availability.  State which Talk you wish to attend and the time.   You are welcome to attend all talks once booked in advance.
