A quick Strawberry Smoothie: Delicious!!
Perfect for a lunch time snack or as a treat if using ice cream!
INGREDIENTS
- 1 cup of ice
- 1/2 cup of plain or fruit-flavored yogurt.
- 1/2 tsp of strawberry, strawberry-banana, or vanilla ice cream (optional)
- 1/2 cup of milk.
- 1/2 cup of orange juice.
