Terra nova silica complex provides 150mg of silica. Silica is used for strong and healthy nails and hair. Silica helps with the connective tissue of the skin. Combined with nettle and horsetail which is a source of silica and pumpkin seed which is a source of zinc used in connective tissue. Available in 50 capsules and 100 capsules.
