How to use
Ages over 12: take one tablet daily or as directed by your health professional

Calcium carbonate, bulking agent (microcrystalline cellulose), dl alpha tocopherol acetate, ascorbic acid, coating (hydroxy propyl methylcellulose, colour: titanium dioxide), sodium carboxy methylcellulose, ferrous fumarate, anti-caking agents (vegetable magnesium stearate, silicon dioxide), nicotinamide, vitamin a acetate, calcium pantothenate, cholecalciferol, thiamin mononitrate, pyridoxine hydrochloride, riboavin, cyanocobalamin, folic acid, d-biotin.
